Profile first, data after signature.
You see a detailed profile under NDA before any data moves, and you can evaluate a small sample before you commit.
- Register what you need. Data types, languages, volume and use. It takes two minutes.
- We match you. When a dataset fits, we send an anonymised profile: sources, years, volumes, statistics, redacted examples and exactly how it was cleaned.
- Evaluate. Under NDA, test a small cleaned sample in a controlled data room.
- Bid and license. Offers are made on a common term sheet. The seller approves the buyer, price and terms.
- Delivery. The cleaned copy is delivered securely after first payment, with documentation of provenance and de-identification.

These protect the people in the data and the companies that hold it. They also make datasets defensible for your own compliance and model documentation.
Provenance and rights
The seller's right to license is checked against its customer and vendor contracts, and documented for you.
De-identification evidence
Consistent stand-ins rather than blanking out, then a motivated intruder test. You get the test summary.
Clear use terms
Training and evaluation use, no re-identification (an offence under the UK Data Protection Act 2018, s.171), no resale, deletion at the end.
Always excluded
Special category data, criminal records, children's data, HR files and private messages never leave the seller.
Buyer vetting
Ownership checks and sanctions screening before any profile is shared. We don't work with organisations linked to hostile states.
Seller-side only
We act for sellers and take no fees from buyers, so pricing is set by competing offers.
