Record Yield
For accountants, solicitors and brokers

Your clients' records, a fee for you.

Many of your clients hold years of email, tickets and documents that AI developers pay to license. Introduce them, we run the deal, and you earn a disclosed share of our fee.

01 / How it works

Five steps, and you only do the first two.

One introduction is all it takes. We handle the assessment, the buyers and the paperwork, and keep you updated throughout.

01You spot it

A client with years of records

25+ staff, two or more years of email, tickets or documents, and two or more systems. Trading or winding down.

Good fit25+ staff · 2+ years · 2+ systems
02You introduce

One email, and you're done

Copy us in with your client, or send them the free estimate. We agree your share in writing before anything moves.

03We do the work

We run the deal end to end

Estimate, readiness review, buyer outreach, data room, negotiation and delivery. Your client approves every buyer and term.

You stay informed. Your client stays in control.

04Disclosed

Transparent by design

Your client knows about your fee and agrees to it, as your professional body requires.

05You're paid

Paid when we're paid

Within 14 days of each payment we receive, on every licence signed within 12 months of your introduction.

02 / Who it's for

Built around your professional rules.

Every referral is written down, disclosed and consented to before any deal moves. Check your own body's guidance too.

Accountants

You see the clients first

Year-end, restructuring and closure work shows you who has years of records. Fees disclosed in line with the ICAEW Code of Ethics.

Solicitors

Disclosure and consent built in

A written agreement, the fee disclosed to your client and their consent recorded, as SRA rules on referral arrangements require.

Brokers and turnaround

Value hidden in a sale or wind-down

Records can add value to a sale or a solvent closure. We never pay or receive fees for insolvency appointments.

Have a client in mind?
